Overview

Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our services, VetIntel Solutions LLC does not issue refunds or accept returns for any product or service offered through the Valorithm™ Platform. By purchasing a tiered solution, digital kit, or service from our store, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

No Refund Policy

Upon completion of your transaction, you are granted immediate access to a secure client folder containing proprietary materials — including strategy frameworks, AI-assisted recommendations, confidential templates, and condition-specific claim intelligence. Once this access is granted, the full value of the solution is effectively delivered, as the materials are viewable in their entirety and cannot be unseen or returned.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds for any tiered solutions, including TacticalAdvantage™, GuidedPath™, EliteAdvocate™, or LegacyAdvocate™, as well as any consultations, assessment results, or extension purchases.

We encourage all veterans to review our product descriptions thoroughly and reach out with questions before completing a purchase. Your informed readiness is our mission.

Extensions and Licensing

Access to your solution package is licensed for 30 days from the date of purchase. An optional one-time 7-day extension is available for $99 if requested before expiration. This extension is also non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare case of a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), we encourage you to contact us immediately at support@vetintelsolutions.com with your full name, transaction receipt, and order details. We will review such claims within 5–7 business days and resolve them on a case-by-case basis. This does not constitute an exception to the no-refund policy for fulfilled orders.

Gift Purchases

All policies apply equally to purchases made as gifts. Gifted solutions, assessments, or consultations are considered consumed by the recipient upon activation and are not eligible for return or refund.
