TERMS AND CONDITIONS
VetIntel Solutions LLC
Effective Date: July 31, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between VetIntel Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“VetIntel Solutions™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and each person or organization that accesses or uses our websites, accounts, assessments, educational reports, Workspaces, subscriptions, artificial-intelligence-assisted features, partner resources, or related services (collectively, the “Services”). “You” means the individual using the Services and, when applicable, the business, law firm, Veterans Service Organization, accredited representative, or other entity on whose behalf that individual acts.
By creating an account, submitting information, purchasing or activating a Service, clicking an acceptance box, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. About VetIntel Solutions™ and the Services
VetIntel Solutions™ is an education-first ReadinessTech™ company operating in the preparation layer of the veteran’s VA disability journey. The Skobian Key™ and use of the Intelligence Hub™ are the only Services currently offered without charge. All other Services require payment unless VetIntel Solutions™ expressly identifies a particular offering as complimentary or promotional at the time it is offered. Paid Services may include ReadinessScan™ and its associated report; other Readiness Pathways™ and their associated readiness intelligence and pathway-specific reports; condition-specific Vetrology Educational Workspaces™; time-limited licenses or subscriptions; partner or professional resources; and related educational tools, reports, communications, and support.
The Services translate veteran-controlled information and publicly available VA rules, processes, evaluation concepts, and documentation categories into plain-language educational readiness information. Service descriptions may change as the platform evolves. The order page, checkout disclosure, or written order confirmation identifies the specific access, term, and features purchased.
2. Critical Professional-Boundary Notice
VetIntel Solutions™ provides educational, documentation-readiness, and process-clarity resources only. VetIntel Solutions™:
- is not a law firm, medical provider, Veterans Service Organization, or VA-accredited representative;
- does not prepare, present, prosecute, file, or manage claims for VA benefits;
- does not provide legal advice, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, vocational opinions, fiduciary advice, or claims representation;
- does not determine entitlement, select an appeal or review lane, direct what evidence must be submitted, or coach a person about what to say during a C&P examination;
- does not promise or guarantee a disability rating, effective date, benefit, claim decision, processing time, or other outcome; and
- is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, or any federal or state agency.
Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client, representative-client, clinician-patient, fiduciary, agency, or other professional relationship with VetIntel Solutions™. You remain responsible for every decision, submission, statement, deadline, and engagement with VA or an accredited representative. When legal rights, medical issues, filing strategy, deadlines, or representation are involved, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you use the Services for another person or an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or organization and lawful authority to provide the information and documents submitted.
You may not impersonate another person, falsely claim VA accreditation, misstate organizational affiliation, or obtain access through deceptive means. We may request reasonable verification of identity, organizational role, VA accreditation, client authorization, or purchasing authority.
4. Accounts, Intelligence Hub™, and VET-UID
Certain Services require an Intelligence Hub™ or other secure account. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use reasonable security practices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
A VET-UID is an operational identifier used to connect eligible assessments, orders, reports, Workspaces, entitlements, and account activity while reducing unnecessary use of names in internal workflows. A VET-UID is not a VA identifier, VA claim number, government credential, professional license, or determination of eligibility. You may have more than one pathway-specific identifier where the service architecture requires it.
You may not transfer, sell, share, or allow another person to use your account or VET-UID unless we expressly authorize a representative-access or organizational workflow.
5. Veterans and Individual Users
You control whether to use the educational information, whether to file independently, and whether to consult a VSO, VA-accredited attorney, accredited claims agent, clinician, vocational expert, or other professional. The Services are designed to support informed preparation and more productive professional conversations, not to replace judgment or representation.
You are responsible for reviewing all outputs, confirming factual accuracy, preserving official notices and deadlines, and consulting primary VA sources or an accredited representative when appropriate. A readiness score, band, observation, checklist, educational priority, or suggested question is not a prediction or adjudicative conclusion.
6. Accredited Representatives and Other Third Parties
VSOs, VA-accredited attorneys, accredited claims agents, law firms, nonprofits, employers, referral partners, caregivers, family members, and other third parties may use only the access expressly granted to them.
An accredited or organizational user:
- remains independent from VetIntel Solutions™ and is not our employee, agent, joint venturer, or endorsed representative;
- remains solely responsible for professional duties, accreditation, competence, conflicts, confidentiality, supervision, fee agreements, client communications, records, and compliance with applicable law and VA rules;
- must obtain and maintain valid authorization before submitting, viewing, sharing, or directing processing of a veteran’s information;
- may not imply that VetIntel Solutions™ is providing representation, legal or medical advice, or an official VA determination;
- may not resell, white-label, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit the Services unless a separate written agreement expressly permits it; and
- may not use the Services to avoid accreditation requirements or restrictions governing preparation, presentation, prosecution, or representation of VA claims.
Any referral, complimentary access, partner code, demonstration, or professional relationship does not create an endorsement, fee-sharing arrangement, guarantee of professional quality, or agency relationship. VetIntel Solutions™ does not control and is not responsible for an independent professional’s advice, conduct, fees, deadlines, or representation.
7. Information and Documents You Provide
You retain ownership of information and documents you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant VetIntel Solutions™ and its contracted service providers a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, transmit, organize, analyze, transform, and display Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, improve, and document the requested Services and comply with law.
You represent that Customer Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have all rights and authorizations necessary to submit it. Do not upload information unrelated to the requested Service or information you are not authorized to disclose.
Service quality depends on the completeness, clarity, and accuracy of Customer Content. We may pause or decline processing if required information is missing, an uploaded file is unreadable, identity or authorization cannot be verified, or processing would create a security, legal, or compliance concern.
8. AI-Assisted Features and Automated Processing
ValorithmOS™, The Skobian Key™, and other features may use artificial intelligence, rules, templates, and automated workflows to generate educational content. AI-assisted output may be incomplete, outdated, misunderstood, or incorrect. It may not capture every fact, exception, VA rule, or professional consideration.
AI may assist; AI does not decide. VetIntel Solutions™ does not use an AI output as an official determination of legal rights, medical status, VA entitlement, professional competence, or government action. You must independently review outputs and must not submit them to VA or rely on them as professional advice without your own judgment and, where appropriate, review by an accredited representative or other qualified professional.
9. Access Terms and Service Availability
Access is personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable. Vetrology Educational Workspaces™ are generally licensed for the access period stated at purchase, currently designed as 90-day educational environments unless the order page states otherwise. Expiration of access does not transfer ownership of VetIntel Solutions™ intellectual property. You are responsible for exporting veteran-created material before access expires where export tools are provided.
We may perform maintenance, modify features, correct errors, or suspend a Service for security or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of any third-party platform. If a material paid Service becomes unavailable, the remedies in the Refund and Cancellation Policy apply.
10. Payments, Taxes, and Authorization to Charge
Prices and material purchase terms are disclosed before payment. You authorize the disclosed charge and represent that you are permitted to use the selected payment method. Payment card data is handled primarily by payment processors; VetIntel Solutions™ generally receives transaction and billing records rather than full card numbers.
You are responsible for applicable taxes and for promptly correcting billing information. Promotional offers, partner access, credits, and discounts are subject to their stated conditions and have no cash value unless required by law.
11. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
If you purchase a recurring ReadinessPass™ or other subscription, the checkout page will disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal term, included access, trial terms if any, and how to cancel. By separately accepting those terms, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
You may cancel future renewal through the account method provided or by contacting support@vetintelsolutions.com. Cancellation stops future charges but ordinarily does not retroactively refund the current billing period. We will provide renewal notices where required by applicable law. Material changes to recurring price or renewal terms will be disclosed before they take effect as required by law.
12. Refunds and Cancellations
The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Because paid Services may involve immediate automated analysis, personalization, report generation, account entitlements, or Workspace provisioning, refund eligibility may end once performance begins. This does not limit remedies required by law or remedies for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, material technical non-delivery, or VetIntel Solutions™’ failure to provide the purchased Service.
13. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person;
- interfere with security, access controls, availability, or normal operation;
- introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, probe, benchmark for competitive replication, or extract proprietary prompts, scoring logic, templates, taxonomies, or source material except where law prohibits restriction;
- copy, publish, sell, license, distribute, or create derivative commercial products from VetIntel Solutions™ content;
- use automated systems to generate excessive requests or collect content;
- submit another person’s sensitive information without authorization; or
- represent an educational output as an official VA, legal, medical, or professional determination.
14. Intellectual Property
The Services, VetIntel Solutions™ and its company and product names, logos, marks, and trade dress; ValorithmOS™; The Skobian Key™; ReadinessScan™ and other Readiness Pathways™; the associated readiness intelligence, pathway-specific reports, and other outputs of those Readiness Pathways™; Vetrology Educational Workspaces™; Intelligence Hub™; VET-UID architecture; readiness models; scoring logic; prompts; templates; designs; text; graphics; software; and associated materials are owned by or licensed to VetIntel Solutions™ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase grants only the limited access stated in these Terms and the applicable order. It does not transfer ownership or authorize public distribution, resale, model training, competitive use, or creation of substitute products.
15. Privacy and Confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information and consumer health data. Each party must use reasonable care with credentials and confidential information. Accredited and organizational users must apply professional and contractual confidentiality obligations to veteran data they access.
No Internet service is completely secure. Do not use ordinary email to transmit highly sensitive records unless specifically instructed through an approved secure process.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services rely on third-party hosting, payment, form, automation, AI, document, email, analytics, and cloud-storage providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Links to VA, accredited professionals, or other third parties are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement or control.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, suspected fraud, false accreditation or authority, violation of these Terms, or legal requirements. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections concerning professional boundaries, intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
18. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” VETINTEL SOLUTIONS™ DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ACCEPTED BY VA OR ANY PROFESSIONAL.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETINTEL SOLUTIONS™ AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST BENEFITS, OPPORTUNITIES, PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL; MISSED DEADLINES; VA OR PROFESSIONAL DECISIONS; OR RELIANCE ON EDUCATIONAL OUTPUTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PAID SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID VETINTEL SOLUTIONS™ FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. FOR A FREE SERVICE, TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence to the extent applicable law so provides.
20. Indemnification by Organizational and Professional Users
If you use the Services for a business, firm, organization, professional practice, or another person, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VetIntel Solutions™ from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your lack of authority, violation of law or professional duties, misuse of Customer Content, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms. This section does not require an individual consumer to indemnify VetIntel Solutions™ beyond what applicable law permits.
21. Disputes, Governing Law, and Venue
Before filing a lawsuit, the complaining party must send a written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter for at least 30 days, unless urgent injunctive relief or a filing deadline makes delay unreasonable.
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or nonwaivable consumer law applies. Any court proceeding must be brought in the state courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, as jurisdiction permits. You may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court. Nothing in this section prevents a regulator from exercising lawful authority or waives a nonwaivable consumer right.
22. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription or materially expands use of sensitive information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
23. General Terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the applicable order, and any signed written agreement are the entire agreement for the Services. A signed enterprise, partner, data-processing, or business-associate agreement controls to the extent of a direct conflict. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be narrowed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign the agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable privacy law. Electronic records and acceptances may be used to form and evidence the agreement.
